Abstract: In the present paper the definition of the entropy of arithmetic functions, based on the classical definition of entropy is given. Two properties of this notion is proved.

Abstract:The article mentions the computer abilities level of 7th - 9th class children and compares it with the computer abilities level of the university students. The difference between computer abilities level of the elementary school children and the university students is decreasing and therefore it is suitable to employ ITC in education as early as at elementary school. The elementary school children are able to use various types of software. They use software not only for an entertainment but for a home preparation, too. The very important moment is using the Internet. Schoolchildren are using the Internet above all for the mutual communication (student-student, student- teacher) during the problem solving but for the obtaining of information for elaborate homework, too.

Abstract: ICT participate in formation of interactive environment in the educational process. The article provides an explanation of the concept of interactive whiteboard and interactive software, describes their use with focus on their strengths and offers instructions on their implementation into the educational process.
